4、鋁卷出口處風(fēng)機少，風(fēng)量不夠，導(dǎo)鋁卷致冷卻速度慢，不能使型材在較短的時間內(nèi)降到200℃以下，使粗大的Mg2Si過早分出，從而使固溶相削減，影響了型材熱處理后的機械功能；需求強化風(fēng)冷條件，有條件的工廠可設(shè)備霧化冷卻設(shè)備，以期到達6063合金冷卻梯度的較低請求。

5、時效技術(shù)不妥、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)不暢或熱電偶設(shè)備位置不準確，導(dǎo)致時效不充分或過時效；需求強合理斷定時效技術(shù)，鋁卷準確設(shè)備熱電偶，準確擺放型材以保證熱風(fēng)循環(huán)曉暢。
5, with aging technology and hot air circulation is not smooth or thermocouple device position is not accurate, resulting in inadequate or aging aging; reasonable that aging technology demand is strong, the aluminum coil accurate equipment to ensure accurate placement of thermocouple, hot air circulation and profile.
